James Rouse is known for his unique brand of performance-led work, which has earned him an impressive array of accolades at all major international awards including a Film Grand Prix at Cannes, Best Directed Commercial of the Year at the British Arrows and Campaign Magazine’s prestigious ‘Director of the Year’ award. In 2014 he was named in The Gunn Report as the second most awarded commercials director in the world.
Rouse’s expansive career has seen him direct a number of high profile campaigns including the BBC’s ‘This Is Our Christmas’, International Red Cross’ ‘Hope’ and Cadbury’s ‘What Makes It So Twirly’.
James is known across the globe for the skillful, comedic and sometimes painfully real performances he achieves from his actors.
